1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the AION Method application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AION Method is a mental awareness and personal development program delivered through a mobile application. The first 10 weeks of the NOEMA stage are available free of charge. Continued access beyond week 10 requires an active monthly subscription.

3. Subscriptions

AION Method offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Aylık Üyelik") that unlocks full access to all stages and weeks of the program.

• Subscription length: 1 month
• Price: ₺349.99/month (price may vary by region)
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use AION Method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the app, sharing your account with others, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within AION Method, including program content, exercises, and design, is the intellectual property of AION Method and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer

AION Method is a personal development program and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Use the app at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
