Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the AION Method app: go to Profile → Hesabı Sil (Delete Account). All your personal data will be permanently removed.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at aion.reference@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

How do I reset my password?

Go to Profile → Şifre Değiştir (Change Password). A reset link will be sent to your email address.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Profile → Bildirimler (Notifications) and toggle off "Günlük Hatırlatmalar".

I can't log in to my account.

Try resetting your password via the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at aion.reference@gmail.com.

How do I get a refund?

For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, contact Google Play support.
